Shipping/Processing

Usually items are shipped within 3-5 business day. Shipping rates are based on dollar amount of the total order.

We ship by USPS, so please give us a valid street or P.O. Box address.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5pm EST, excluding Holidays.

All of our products are hand-made and may take 1-3 business days for processing. Once an order has been placed we do not accept cancellations or changes of your order. 

International Shipping is available at a higher rate starting $12.00 and will only be shipped through the post office. Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. We can only ship to confirmed addresses so please make sure that it is valid before placing your order.

Disclaimer: We only ship lip scrubs during the months of June-September with expedited shipping due to extreme temperatures. If you live locally we would be more than happy to accommodate with your order in person. Please contact us for arrangements.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on products unless the item(s) is damaged during shipping or your order was filled incorrectly.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your products(s), please contact us and let's discuss your individual concern and we will do what we can to make you a happy returning customer.
